Shipping And Delivery Policy


  • Dubai, Jebel Ali and Sharjah (up to 5 kg): 30 AED 
    (A 2 AED charge will be applicable per kilo for packages above 5kg)

  • Abu Dhabi and other Emirates (up to 5 kg): 30 AED.
    (A 2 AED charge will be applicable per kilo for packages above 5kg)

Please note that this is a quick summary of the Terms and Conditions for the Shipping and Delivery Policy. To consolidate your order, you will have to read and approve the full  Terms and Conditions.


  1. Following the online order, an automatic recapitulation table of your order is sent to your e-mail. Please make sure to double-check it.
  2. All orders sent before 12pm will be processed the same day. Orders sent after 12pm will be processed the next opening day. Reception of the package takes usually 2 days from the moment it was dispatched.
  3. Once the shipment is sent, you will receive an e-mail confirming the dispatch of the order along with the AWB of the courier company (Aramex) and the total amount due. You can track your order on the website of the courier company with via the AWB number provided.
  4. The client may request that the package be delivered at a convenient time for him by contacting the courier company (Aramex).Please prepare the number of your airway bill for reference before contacting Aramex. Should the customer be unavailable at the agreed time and date, an additional delivery fee will be charged.
  5. Processing and delivery of dispatched packages takes usually between 2 to 4 working days. However, in the following cases delivery may be delayed: 

    • if the courier company (preferred partner: Aramex) is unable to reach the client, or the client is absent from the indicated address at the agreed time.
    • if the items are temporarily out of stock, in which case the Client will be informed by e-mail.
    • during peak season : May – June and August – September

D4Designs declines any responsibility for delays in delivery. Clients, who undertake the delivery option, must do so with full knowledge and acceptance of this matter.

Partial delivery:

In the event where one or more items are not available, a partial delivery shall be proposed to the client if he so wishes. When the remaining items are available, the client shall be informed. If the client wishes to request a delivery for the remaining items, a delivery fee shall be charged for the second delivery. Alternatively the client may choose to pick up the items from the shop or to wait for all the items to be available before being delivered.


Kindly make sure to prepare the right amount in cash upon reception of our confirmation of dispatch e-mail as you may be nicely surprised and receive your item within 24 hours!

Currency accepted is UAE Dirhams only.

Exchange and Return:

Exchange of an item can only be done in the shop within 15 days from the date of purchase. All exchanged items must be in their original condition and accompanied by the receipt.

The delivery service is contracted to a third party (Aramex) therefore no exchanges, returns or fractioning of the delivered items is allowed.
